Free Healthcare Camp at Lugala Primary School Reached Hundreds in Shinyalu
We joined one of our partners, the Kakamega Forest Heritage Foundation, in a healthcare camp held at Lugala Primary School in Shinyalu Sub-County, Kakamega County. The outreach aimed to improve access to essential medical services by offering community members free consultations, check-ups, and treatment.
The event recorded an impressive turnout, with residents arriving in large numbers throughout the day to receive demonstrated medical support. For many, the camp provided a rare opportunity to access healthcare services without the financial barriers that often limit timely care in the region.
The strong participation underscored a growing need for accessible and affordable healthcare within the community. Mama Ibado Charity reaffirmed its commitment to working alongside partners such as the Kakamega Forest Heritage Foundation to extend essential medical services to more residents and to support healthier, stronger communities across Kakamega County.
