The security of your information is very important to Mama Ibado. However, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through websites. Transmission through websites is at your own risk, and Mama Ibado is not responsible for any breaches of privacy or security on the website.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. You agree to notify us if there is a breach of your passwords, and/or if there is any unauthorized activity on your account. Mama Ibado reserves the right to terminate or disable the account at our discretion at any time, including violation of the Policies. 

Support a Senior Program


We believe in making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors by providing essential support through our Support a Senior Program. This initiative allows donors to support one or multiple seniors through a one-time contribution, an annual contribution, and/or a subscription ensuring they receive vital assistance. 


Donations/Support options: 

  1. One-Time Support- A single, non-recurring contribution that is processed immediately and goes directly towards the senior’s needs.

  2. Annual Support – A one-time annual contribution that covers the senior’s needs for the entire year. The full amount is deducted at once using the selected payment method. 

  3. Subscription- A re-occurring payment that is auto-withdrawn monthly from the account on file to cover the senior’s monthly needs. A 30-day notice is required to cancel the Subscription.   


Payment Methods: as listed at checkout. 

Payment information is securely processed by third-party providers.


Shop Transactions 

  1. Profits: Items purchased from our shop support our charitable activities. All profits go to support the needs of the Seniors.

  2. Returns and Refund Policy: All sales are final sales, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  3. Taxes: Prices at the checkout include applicable taxes. 


Shipping and Tracking

  1. Shipping Location: We currently ship all over Canada and the US 

  2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Processing times are 2-4 business days. 

  3. Shipping Fees: Pricing determined at checkout.

  4. Tracking and Delivery: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

  5. Delays and Issues: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, and other delays. 

  6. Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos. In case of lost orders, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
