We are committed to reaching a wider community beyond our ongoing initiatives by providing basic resources. Through our engagement with the communities we work with, we have identified water scarcity as a significant challenge affecting them.
To address this challenge, we intervened and provided water to the village of Esimit and Matabithi in Isiolo County.
Esimit
Our community watering point in Esimit village supplies 10,000 liters of water daily, with community leaders fully supervising the distribution process. This intervention has brought much-needed relief to the community, ensuring access to clean and safe drinking water.
Matabithi
In Matabithi, we installed a water line from our borehole to the neighboring school, providing fresh water to the students and staff. The provision of water has reduced the prevalence of water-borne diseases in the area.
