Jannifer was born in Meru County, a place that shaped her early years with the warmth of family, community, and the beauty of her surroundings. Her childhood was filled with simple joys, moments that would later give her strength when life became harder.

When she got married, Jannifer moved to Isiolo with her husband, full of dreams for a future they could build together. They worked hard and built a house, imagining a life filled with comfort and happiness. But that dream was disrupted when thieves forced them out, leaving them with no home and no choice but to rent. Those days were challenging, filled with uncertainty, yet Janniffer never lost hope in creating a safe and secure life.

Determined to move forward, Janniffer eventually relocated to her current home and built a house of her own. The house, however, was old and fragile. During the rains, water would seep in, reminding her daily of the difficulties she faced just to have shelter over her head.

Janniffer went with her ID, was added to the waiting list, and on her second visit, she became a beneficiary. From that moment, her life began to shift in small but meaningful ways.

Today, Janniffer Kayala lives with peace of mind. She no longer worries about where her next meal will come from, and her health is being taken care of.
