WERE ZAMUZAMU NGOSIA
Zamuzamu Ngosia Hassan Were, now 77 years old, was born in Butere Mumias in 1948. Her youth was marked by a strong commitment to learning. She progressed through primary school, passed her final examination at Standard Eight, and applied to Nursing College. This promising path ended abruptly after completing her first year, she was forced to quit her studies during the second year because the family simply could not afford the school fees.
